What is Healthy Savings powered by AARP Foundation?
Healthy Savings powered by AARP Foundation is a grocery savings program that helps people save on nutritious foods. Enrolled participants receive a Healthy Savings card that is pre-loaded with coupons each week and its active to use until the end of the year - 12/31/2020! The coupons on selected healthy foods are automatically applied at check out when the card, or the associated mobile app, is scanned.
How does it work?
1. Shop in your local participating grocery store for specially selected discounted foods
2. Scan the barcode on your Healthy Savings Card or app
3. Savings are instantly applied for discounted items
How do I see if there are participating stores in my area?
To view participating stores near your location, you can use the Store Finder. When you visit the store finder, participating stores are pre-selected based on your current location.
If you would like to manually find participating locations near you, please enter your zip code or your address in the entry box and the stores will refresh. View Store Finder.
Why can’t I order the card?
Healthy Savings, Powered By AARP Foundation, is an annual program that expires at the end of the year, 12/31/2020, and we are no longer accepting enrollments. If you have already purchased a card, you can continue to use all your benefits through the end of the 2020. If you purchased a card and haven’t received one, please contact us using the red button in the lower left hand corner of your screen. Can I receive a replacement card?
Yes, if you’ve already purchased a Healthy Savings card and need to replace it, please contact us using the red button in the lower left hand corner of your screen. You can also click here to send us an email or call us at 1-888-324-4426.
If you did not purchase a card on or prior to October 15, 2020, they are no longer available for purchase.
Why is the program ending?
Healthy Savings, Powered by AARP Foundation is an annual program that expires at the end of the year, 12/31/2020, at this time we are not renewing the program next year.
AARP Foundation is committed to building a future without senior poverty where no older person feels vulnerable. We continue to research options to provide affordable healthy foods to low-income older adults.

Do I have to be an AARP Member to use the card?
No, anyone can use the Healthy Savings powered by AARP Foundation card.
How long will it take to receive my Healthy Savings card after I purchased it?
It usually takes 1-2 weeks to receive your card after you have placed your order.

How do I register my card?
Once you receive your card in the mail, you should follow the instructions included with the card or by visiting healthysavings.com/aarpfoundation/registration. Just enter your card number (found on the back of your card), birthdate, and zip code and select "Continue". You can also register your card through the Healthy Savings mobile app which can be downloaded from the App Store® or Google Play®.
Does this program work with online orders, at point of delivery, or curbside pick-up?
The Healthy Savings program is not currently available to be used for online orders, at the point of delivery, or at curbside pickup.

What are Grab It offers?
Grab It offers are limited-time, high-value offers. Once you claim an offer, it must be used within the time indicated. If you don't claim a Grab It offer, it will not be added to your card and will not apply at checkout.
